the hubs

Each hub has its own unique identity and way of working with the community it serves, enabling them to respond to and reflect the needs of their residents. As each hub is strengthened, so too is the larger community as connections are developed across the residents and Hub networks.

The Hubs are run by community members committed to the development of our people and local area. Our Hub leaders are always open to hearing and developing ideas for community initiatives so if you are a person with passion for your community they are a great place to connect with.

Community Hubs are a great way to get involved in your community. If you would like to;

  • learn more about leadership courses

  • learn about volunteer opportunities

  • are an organisation who would like to offer your services

  • are a resident who has an idea for an activity or group

If you would like to learn more about how to get involved in your community contact or visit your local hub.
